  • What are your hours of operation?

    • We are open daily from 5pm - 1:00am.

    • Last room reservation is 11:30pm. Last call for food is 11:30pm; last call for alcohol is 12:30am.

  • How can I make a reservation?

    • You can book a room online through our website. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends.

  • Why don’t I see any availability on the specific date/time I want to visit?

    • If the desired date/time does not show up, that means we are fully booked for that room size at that time slot. Try changing the total hours or the room size (if possible).

    • We currently do not have an online waitlist/notify option but please give us a call/email and our team will try our best to accommodate your requests.

  • Do you charge for room reservations?

    • Yes, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from your total bill at the end of your session.

  • What if you’re late to your reservations?

    • All rooms have a 15 minute grace period. After which, the room may be given up to a waiting list and the deposit will be forfeited.

    • In the event there is no waiting list, we will hold on to the room but we may not be able to guarantee the same amount of time booked if there is another reservation following.

  • How long can I rent a private karaoke room?

    • Room rentals/reservations start with 1 hour minimum and maximum 4 hours; any extensions are subject to availability.

  • How does the timer work? Will I receive a warning when my time is up?

    • Guests are responsible for monitoring their own time spent in the room. Pagoda is not liable for time reminders.

    • The timer begins as soon as an individual enters the room and continues running until all individuals have exited, all belongings have been removed, and the room has been fully inspected and cleared.

  • Is there a limit to the number of people in a room?

    • Yes, each room is designed for a specific capacity:

      • Small Rooms: Up to 8 people

      • Medium Rooms: Up to 15 people

      • Large Rooms: Up to 30 people

    • There will be a $50 per person fee if guests exceed room capacity.

  • What songs do you offer for karaoke?

    • Our extensive song library features a wide range of genres in multiple languages. We update our list regularly to ensure there’s something for everyone.

  • Can I bring my own food and drinks?

    • Outside food and drinks are not permitted. We offer a variety of delicious food and drink options from our menu, including snacks, cocktails, and mocktails.

  • Can I decorate the room, bring balloons or a birthday cake?

    • Birthday cakes and balloons are allowed, however decor cannot damage walls/equipment and confetti is strictly prohibited. All balloons and decoration must be removed once the session ends; any confetti or leftover decoration found will incur an additional cleaning fee.

  • Do you have any special promotions or discounts?

    • Yes, we currently offer discounted Happy Hour Rates from 5pm - 8pm.

  • Is there parking available?

    • Yes, there is a large parking lot with free parking at our venue.

  • Is there a dress code?

    • We don't have a strict dress code, but we encourage our guests to come comfortable and ready to have fun!

  • Are children and people under 18 allowed?

    • Yes, we welcome people of all ages. Those under 21 will not be allowed to order alcohol

  • Are pets allowed?

    • No, pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.
